1/3 cup nuts of your choice, almonds and cashews work well
1/3 cup pitted dates

Cheesecake Filling:
1 cup cashews soaked overnight then drained
1/4 cup Terrasoul coconut oil, melted on low heat
10 peeled and pitted fresh dates
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (if needed)

1/2 cup almond milk 

1 tsp Arctic Berries blueberry powder

1/2 tsp baking powder 

1 tsp brown rice syrup (can substitute with honey or maple syrup)

1 avocado 

1 ripe banana 

4 teaspoons of berry powder (blueberry or blackcurrant are great options) 

2 dates - optional

Garnish: nuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, fresh fruit..etc
