Mix the below in a glass of water, and drink!

1tsp Terrasoul Baobab Powder

1tsp Terrasoul Spirulina Powder

1tsp Terrasoul Wheatgrass Powder

1tsp Chlorella Powder

Pre heat oven to 350F

Mix:

2 cups mashed over-ripe (around 6) bananas

1 cup smooth peanut butter

1/4 cup Terrasoul Raw Cacao Powder

1/2 cup Nutristrength Chocolate Whey Isolate Protein

Optional:

Handful Terrasoul Chia Seeds

Handful Terrasoul Flax Seeds

Handful Oats

Pour batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15-20mins (or until cooked though). Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting. *Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Mix:

4 cups almond mylk

1tbs Terrasoul Spirulina Powder

¼ cup Terrasoul Chia Seeds

Optional: maple syrup to taste

Pour the mixture into an ice tray and set in the fridge for 8 hours! Use your ready-made boosts to quickly boost any smoothie!
