Blend 1 part Terrasoul Coconut Chips, or Terrasoul Shredded Coconut with 3 parts water (filtered). Strain through a nut milk bag or a cheesecloth. Add a pinch of Terrasoul Himalayan Pink Salt.

1. Place 4 cups Terrasoul Shredded Coconut in a high-powered blender or a food processor. 

2. Turn whichever machine you chose on high and process until a smooth butter forms. It should take up to 10 minutes to be evenly blended; keep scraping down mixture every couple of minutes to ensure proper processing.

What you need:

3 over-ripe large bananas (mashed)

2 cups gluten free flour

½ cup date paste

½ cup Terrasoul coconut sugar

½ cup Terrasoul coconut oil

2 flax eggs (2tbs ground flax seeds + 6tbs water)

1tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp Terrasoul vanilla powder

1tsp cinnamon

1tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp Terrasoul Himalayan pink salt

Topping:

2tbs pumpkin seeds

2tbs sunflower seeds

2tbs chopped walnuts

1 tbs Terrasoul chia seeds

Combine topping ingredients and set aside.

Pre heat oven to 350F

Mix:

2 cups mashed over-ripe (around 6) bananas

1 cup smooth peanut butter

1/4 cup Terrasoul Raw Cacao Powder

1/2 cup Nutristrength Chocolate Whey Isolate Protein

Optional:

Handful Terrasoul Chia Seeds

Handful Terrasoul Flax Seeds

Handful Oats

Pour batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15-20mins (or until cooked though). Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting. *Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.

For the french toast:
1 mashed banana
5 small pieces of bread
1/2 cup coconut/almond milk
Dash of vanilla
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of Terrasoul himalayan pink salt

For the berry compote:
Splash of water
1-2 tsp Arctic Berries blackcurrant powder 
1-2 tsp agave
1 cup fresh blueberries or Arctic Berries blueberry powder

You will need:

1/3 cup brown rice flour (can substitute for oat flour)

1/2 cup almond milk 

1 tsp Arctic Berries blueberry powder

1/2 tsp baking powder 

1 tsp brown rice syrup (can substitute with honey or maple syrup)

How to:

1. Add all of the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

3 tbsp chia seeds (Terrasoul Black or White Chia seeds)

2/3 cup almond mylk

2/3 cup soy yogurt or any type of yogurt you prefer 

1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

2 tsp liquid sweetener such as maple syrup or agave

  • 1/2 cup plant-based yoghurt (or any other yoghurt you prefer)
