20g Nutristrength Pea Protein Roasted Cocoa

30g Whey Protein Isolate Roasted Cocoa

15g Coconut Flour

Blend 1 part Terrasoul Coconut Chips, or Terrasoul Shredded Coconut with 3 parts water (filtered). Strain through a nut milk bag or a cheesecloth. Add a pinch of Terrasoul Himalayan Pink Salt.

1. Place 4 cups Terrasoul Shredded Coconut in a high-powered blender or a food processor. 

2. Turn whichever machine you chose on high and process until a smooth butter forms. It should take up to 10 minutes to be evenly blended; keep scraping down mixture every couple of minutes to ensure proper processing.

Chia jam:

1 cup frozen raspberries

2tbs maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350C

Ingredients:

1 Can of rinsed, drained and peeled Chickpeas

2 - 3tbs water

1Cup + 1 tbsp Nutristrength Pea Protein- Classic Vanilla

3/4 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chunks

Method:

1. Using a blender or a food processor pulse chickpeas. Add the protein powder and water and blend again; should form into a dough consistency. *if it crumbles, add some 1tsp of water at a time and re-blend to reach correct texture.

3 over-ripe large bananas (mashed)

2 cups gluten free flour

½ cup date paste

½ cup Terrasoul coconut sugar

½ cup Terrasoul coconut oil

2 flax eggs (2tbs ground flax seeds + 6tbs water)

1tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp Terrasoul vanilla powder

1tsp cinnamon

1tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp Terrasoul Himalayan pink salt

  1. Heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat

  2. Add 2 tsps Terrasoul Cacao Powder, 1 tsp Terrasoul Maca Powder and whisk until well combined.

  3. Sweeten with honey or Terrasoul Lucuma Powder, and whisk again.

  4. Scoop 1-2tsps Terrasoul Coconut Oil into your mug, and pour your hot chocolate!

The Base:

Ingredients:

28g of Nutristrength Whey Protein Classic Vanilla

120g oat flour, gluten free

40g Coconut Flour

45g melted Terrasoul Coconut Oil

1 pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt

1 tbsp agave syrup

50ml water

Preheat oven to 180C

- Add all base ingredients into a mixing bowl, and mix until a dough forms.

- Grease a baking tin, and spread the dough evenly on it.

- Bake for 10 minutes until golden.

- Set aside and allow to cool completely.

Pre heat oven to 350F

Mix:

2 cups mashed over-ripe (around 6) bananas

1 cup smooth peanut butter

1/4 cup Terrasoul Raw Cacao Powder

1/2 cup Nutristrength Chocolate Whey Isolate Protein

Optional:

Handful Terrasoul Chia Seeds

Handful Terrasoul Flax Seeds

Handful Oats

Pour batter into a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15-20mins (or until cooked though). Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting. *Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.

1 mashed banana
5 small pieces of bread
1/2 cup coconut/almond milk
Dash of vanilla
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of Terrasoul himalayan pink salt

For the berry compote:
Splash of water

1-2 tsp agave
1 cup fresh blueberries or Arctic Berries blueberry powder
