  • 1 tablespoon mashed avocado

  1. Combine oats and mashed avocado using a fork to form a blend

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon natural honey

  • 1 teaspoon mashed avocado

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients with a spoon

  2. Massage the mask onto a clean face

  3. Allow the mask to purify and cleanse for 15 minutes

  4. Wash mixture off and pat face dry with tissues

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon yogurt 

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1 ripe strawberry

Directions

  1. Mash the strawberry, honey, and yogurt

  2. Apply to your face avoiding the eyes for about 15 minutes

  3. Rinse the mixture off and end with a splash of cold water on your face
