Makes 1 big bowl or 2 smaller ones

Ingredients:

1 avocado 

1 ripe banana 

4 teaspoons of berry powder (blueberry or blackcurrant are great options) 

2 dates - optional

Garnish: nuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, fresh fruit..etc

Instructions:

1. Cut up some ripe bananas, put them in a ziplock bag and freeze them

2. Once they are frozen put them in a blender with you chosen Arctic Power Berries' powders. Add the avocado.

Ingredients:

2 frozen bananas

1/3 cup fresh blueberries 

1/3 cup frozen strawberries 

2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Blackcurrant Powder

5 fresh dates, pitted (place them in hot water prior to soften them prior to blending)

Water or almond milk to blend, a few tbsp

50g dark chocolate

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in except for the liquid in a food processor or high speed blender and blend on high.

2. Add in the liquid gradually, a tbsp at a time. Continue blending until the mixture is smooth.

Ingredients:

¼ cup raw tahini

Juice of 1 small lemon

1 tbs + 1 tsp water

½ tsp fresh rosemary, chopped

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp of Arctic Power Berries Blueberry powder 

¼ tsp healthy green salt substitute (Terrasoul Himalayan Pink Salt)

Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and run until it is smooth and creamy.

2. Adjust seasonings to taste and enjoy!

Ingredients:

3 tbsp chia seeds (Terrasoul Black or White Chia seeds)

2/3 cup almond mylk

2/3 cup soy yogurt or any type of yogurt you prefer 

1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

2 tsp liquid sweetener such as maple syrup or agave

1-2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Lingonberry Powder

Some fresh berries, oats, or nuts to garnish 

Instructions:

1. Mix the chia seeds with the almond mylk and place in the fridge, taking it out to stir a couple of times and then leaving it to thicken overnight.
