Coconut & Nut Granola W/Mulberries

Ingredients:

 

Dry ingredients

  • 4 cups organic quick rolled oats (Gluten-free, in necessary)

  • 1 cup divided between shredded almonds and chopped pecans

  • 1 cup Terrasoul Shredded Coconut

  • ½ cup Terrasoul mulberries (or any other dried fruit)

  • Pinch of Terrasoul Himalayan Pink Salt

  • ½ tablespoon organic cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon organic cardamom powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon organic ginger powder

  • ¼ teaspoon Terrasoul Vanilla Powder

 

For the wet ingredients:

  • 1 ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup of Terrasoul coconut oil (room temperature)

  • ¼ cup of Maple Syrup

  • Sprinkle some honey

 

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together

  2. Combine wet ingredients into a bowl and mix together

  3. Add all ingredients (dry and wet) into a large sized bowl

  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly

  5. Bake at 350F/150C until golden (approximately 30 minutes) 

  6. Allow time to cool and enjoy your own homemade granola!
