Nourishing Hair Mask

Eggs have always been in our lives for the purpose of protein; but did you know this type of protein can strengthen more than muscles? Your hair can benefit too! This high source of protein can nourish hair roots, gloss up your locks, heal damaged follicles, prevent hair breakage and hair loss, and promotes growth.



  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Shower cap



Oily hair: use only the egg whites
Dry hair: use only the egg yolk
Normal hair: use the whole egg

  1. Place the egg in a bowl and beat it

  2. Add milk and olive oil, and mix

  3. Add a splash of lemon and mix

  4. Massage mixture into scalp, working from roots to hair ends

  5. Cover hair with shower and leave for 15 minutes

  6.  Wash mixture out, either withcold water

  7. Shampoo for a final cleanse
