Blackcurrant nana ice cream

Blackcurrant powder

Chopped frozen bananas

Kiwi slices (1 kiwi)

Coconut chips (Terrasoul coconut chips)

Cacao nibs (Terrasoul cacao nibs)



1. Chop the ripe bananas and put them in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.

2. Once they are frozen put them in a blender along with the blackcurrant powder. If your mixture is hard to blend, you can add some almond milk, coconut milk or some water to make the mixture more easier to blend. 

3. Garnish your ice cream with kiwi fruit slices, coconut chips and some cacao nibs.
