Handful of spinach or kale (2 handfuls would work too)
Some lime juice
1. Blend ingredients together.
2. Add unflavoured yogurt, coconut or almond milk (or any other milk) to soften the taste if you would like.
3. Can sweeten the smoothie with pineapple or honey, if needed.
You can also try it with:
Green grapes, fresh mint, cucumber, mango, some fresh ginger, orange juice, bananas or flaxseeds (Terrasoul golden flax seeds).
