1 chopped mango
Handful of walnuts (Any type of nuts work well too)
Honey (Maple syrup or some agave syrup)
Berry powder of your choice (recommended: cranberry or lingonberry powder)
1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
2. Add just as much or as little honey as you would like to sweeten the smoothie.
You can also try with: Almond mylk, natural or flavoured yogurt, ground cinnamon,almonds, pecans, pear, peanut butter, pineapple, granola, oats, blueberries, flaxseeds.
