1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 – 1/2 cup milk or any other liquid you like (also depending on how thick you like it - can use water for least thickness)
1/3 cup plain yogurt (not flavoured)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds (Terrasoul black or white chia seeds)
Pinch salt (Terrasoul himalayan pink salt)
Pinch cinnamon or cardamom (or both!)
1 tbsp of chosen berry powder (recommended: blackcurrant powder)
1. Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl starting with the dry ingredients and then the wet ones.
2. Place in the fridge (preferably covered) overnight. In the morning top your oats with anything you like - nuts, nut butter, fresh fruits or berries, cacao nibs, coconut shreds or some more berry powder for example.
