High Protein Berry Mousse

Ingredients:

100g yogurt

100g cottage cheese

1 tbsp apple juice (fresh)

Arctic Berry Cranberry powder

Brown sugar, honey or maple syrup to sweeten

 

Instructions:

1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and serve it chilled. 

2. Garnish with fruit slices, fresh berries or mint leaves to bring up the colors! Add some crushed nuts if you would like!
