Berry Chia Pudding Cups

3 tbsp chia seeds (Terrasoul Black or White Chia seeds)

2/3 cup almond mylk

2/3 cup soy yogurt or any type of yogurt you prefer 

1/2 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

2 tsp liquid sweetener such as maple syrup or agave

1-2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Lingonberry Powder

Some fresh berries, oats, or nuts to garnish 



1. Mix the chia seeds with the almond mylk and place in the fridge, taking it out to stir a couple of times and then leaving it to thicken overnight.

2. Prior to serving, mash the strawberries with a fork and mix it in with the yogurt, lingonberry powder and sweeter. Garnish it with whatever you desire!
