Makes 1 big bowl or 2 smaller ones
1 ripe banana
4 teaspoons of berry powder (blueberry or blackcurrant are great options)
2 dates - optional
Garnish: nuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, fresh fruit..etc
1. Cut up some ripe bananas, put them in a ziplock bag and freeze them
2. Once they are frozen put them in a blender with you chosen Arctic Power Berries' powders. Add the avocado.
3. Optional: You can add some mylk if it seems hard to blend.
4. Garnish with some more berry powder, pine nuts, fresh fruit slices, coconut chips, chia seeds, cacao nibs..etc
